MediLean hCG Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

What you'll need for this Delicious hCG diet recipe!

3 1/2oz of raw chicken breast

2T Bragg Liquid Aminos

1T apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic

1 t ginger

1 T sliced green onions


1. Mix Braggs, vinegar, crushed garlic, and ginger in ziplock bag.

2. Place chicken in bag and coat with marinade

3. Marinate for at least half an hour. (can even leave overnight in the fridge)

4. Drain marinade and grill chicken on the BBQ or you George Foreman grill. Usually takes 3-5 minutes on each side.

5. Can garnish with green onion. (can also make extra marinade to pour on top after cooking)

You can pair this with one of your approved vegetables, steemed cabbage or sliced zucchini goes well. During stabilization feel free to pair it with "Miracle Noodle Rice" Make extra marinade to pour on top.
