What you'll need
3.5oz raw ground lean sirloin
2tbs Pureed Salsa Verde
Onion Powder
Cayenne Pepper Shredded lettuce (romaine, iceberg, your choice)
Directions:
Sauté ground beef, once brown add onion powder, cayenne pepper, and 1 Tbs of Salsa.
Place cooked beef on top of a large plate of lettuce. Toss with remaining salsa.
While in phase 3 Stabilization you can add a dollop of sour cream, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, or avocados.
