Maintaining your new weight!

We want to address what so many hCG dieters are worried about. How do I maintain my weight after the MediLean program? Maintaining your new weight can be a bit challenging without addressing the core issue of lifestyle. We don't want to scare anyone. Don’t feel like you have to change everything overnight. The amazing thing is that after doing our Medilean program, making these choices will be easier then ever. Make small reasonable changes; switch from an unhealthy product to a healthier one. Live with moderation and the occasional splurge.

We encourage you to make some if not all these changes in your every day life!

1.) Eat more high quality protein. Organic is best dues to the lack of added hormones.

2.) Drink more water.

3.) Reduce or eliminate refined sugar products. Make/Bake your own with all natural stevia for a treat.

4.) Choose the right kinds of fats. Nuts are a great source for a yummy snack.

5.) Read food labels- look for tigger words to avoid. (high fructose corn syrup, oil, modified food starch etc)

6.) Create an exercise program that works for you. Choose what you like whether that be a 3x a week walk or 2hrs a day at the gym. Do what you can tolerate or even enjoy!

7.) Try one of MediLean's new supplements. Lipoburn, Crave control, and MultiPlus are great tools to help you maintain your new weight loss.

8.) Weigh yourself at least once a week and don't forget about the steak day. It's a useful tool to help you control your weight for the rest of your life.
