2+ Tbsp Braggs Amino’s
3 Iceberg or butter leaf lettuce cups
3 ½ oz. Lean Ground Sirloin
1 tsp of diced onion or you can use onion powder (it’s just for flavoring)
(Double the recipe so you have leftovers for your lunch the following day)
Brown ground sirloin and drain excess fat
Pour in Braggs and onions for flavoring, simmer.
Place one ounce of cooked meat into each lettuce cup, wrap burrito or taco style
If you’d like to make it more of a salad shred as much lettuce as you’d like and sprinkled cooked beef with juices over lettuce.
