This is a great recipe for your Stabilization Phase.
What you'll need:
5oz Lean Top Sirloin Sliced.
1/2 of each: Yellow, Red & Green Bell peppers sliced
1/2 onion sliced
1 Tbs. Lemon juice
Seasonings of your choice (Salt, Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic, etc)
A tablespoon of fresh guacamole or light sour cream for garnish
Butterleaf or Iceberg lettuce cups
Grill steak slices on the stove top and add in sliced peppers. When steak is cooked through add the onions and add lemon juice. Season to your liking and place the mixture into 3 lettuce cups. Garnish with sour cream or guacamole. Enjoy!
Tip: If you are still in phase 2 you can make these tacos with 3oz of steak and no peppers, or garnishes.
