Example of a Stabilization Day Menu

During Stabilization you can eat 1200-1500 calories daily and don't forget to start your exercise routine!

Breakfast

Eggwhite omelette with salt, pepper, spinach, and 1oz of cheese

Cantaloupe slices (optional)

Snack

Celery sticks

Lunch

5oz Grilled Salmon on top a mixed green salad with oil & vinegar dressing. Put veggies in your salad such as tomatoes, cucumbers, or mushrooms.

Snack

Medium sized apple and 6 almonds

Dinner

Salsa Chicken "Tacos"

(shred chicken and season with your favorite salsa and place in lettuce cups. Garnish with guacamole, or sour cream)

Mexican squash seasoned to your preference.

Dessert

1 cup of mixed fresh berries
