Ranch Dressing for Phase Two

Make this dressing to pour over your salad or dip your cucumber slices into. This is more of a vinaigrette type dressing but delicious none the less.

What you'll need:

1/2 cup homemade chicken broth

2 T of skim milk

1 T of apple cider vinegar

1 t lemon juice

1 t minced onion

1/2 clove of garlic minced

1/2 t minced chives

1/2 t minced parsley

1/4 t dill

1/8 t garlic powder

1/8 t onion powder

1/8 t Stevia

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine spices with broth in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until liquid starts to reduce. Add milk and vinegar. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This should make two servings. Feel free to double amount so you will have more left overs!
