Herb Crusted Tilapia

What you'll need

3.5oz fillet of tilapia

1 clove of garlic chopped

3 slices of lemon

2 tsp of redwine vinegar

1 tsp of lemon juice

1 grisini breadstick; crushed

pepper, salt, rosemary, to taste

Directions

In a non-stick pan add water or home made chicken broth. "fry" your tilapia for 2 minutes on each side.

Then place in a foil packet put all ingreadients except the breadstick on top of the fish. Place foil packet in the oven at 350 degrees for 18minutes. Take it out of the oven and place crushed grisini on top. Broil for one minute. Enoy with some asparagus, or steamed spinach.
