Cindy Latham Macer, M. D.
Dr. Cindy Latham Macer completed her undergraduate work at Occidental College where she graduated with honors with a degree in Biology. She then attended the University of Southern California Keck School Of Medicine and graduated with her medical degree in 1986. She trained in General Medicine and has been working in family medicine for the past 25 years. Dr. Cindy has a successful private medical practice in Rolling Hills Estates. MediLean started out of this office after she and her dietitian began to pursue safe ways to help their patients lose their excess weight. She is married to Dr. James A Macer, an OB/GYN in Pasadena, California. Doctors Macer have five wonderful children.
Debbie Garner, RN
Debbie Garner has been an RN in Southern California for over 33 years. Specializing inn Maternal Child Health, she has worked in the various areas including Pediatric ICU, Neonatal ICU, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum and Home Health. She has worked at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Cedar Sinai, Tarzana Medical center and currently for Dignity Health. She has also continued her education with the University of San Diego to become a Lactation Educator. Debbie loves learning new things and teaching her patients and colleagues. After years of trying various diets and having the yoyo effect of losing and regaining the weight back she learned about the MediLean diet. She loved the way MediLean rebooted her system to enabled her to lose 17lbs and lock in that weight loss. After seeing the amazing results from MediLean Debbie knew she had to be a part of promoting it to others. Debbie enjoys seeing the pure joy her patients get when they reach their goal weight and in hearing how much healthier they feel. Debbie has three amazing children and one terrific son-in-law. She is looking forward to having some Grandbabies!
Staci Bicos, MS,RD
Staci Bicos is a Registered Dietitian. She attended Loma Linda University where she completed her graduated degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and received a Masters of Science in Nutrition. Staci continues her education as part-time doctoral student at Loma Linda University where she is studying Public Health with an emphasis in Nutrition. In addition to her passion for educating clients and weight loss counseling; Staci enjoys staying updated on the latest nutrition research in order to provide her clients with the top of the line nutritional guidance. Staci applies her knowledge by designing unique recipes and producing nutritious, simple, and delicious eating plans that promote a healthy lifestyle. Staci specializes in one-on-one customized weight loss plans. Staci upholds her “Bicos Balance” philosophy when helping client obtain their goals, of health, healing, and wholeness. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, cooking and spending time with her husband and family!
Daniella Esquivias, LVN
Daniella Esquivias is an Licensed Nurse. She did her undergraduate work at Mount San Antonio College where she got her degree in Foods & Nutrition. She then went on to nursing school where she graduated with high honors, and as valedictorian of her class. Daniella has had over 11 years of experience in the health & nutrition fields. Mrs. Esquivias loves working for MediLean and helping her patients achieve success in their weight loss endeavors, she herself has lost over 30lbs on the program. In her free time Daniella loves to spend time trying new things and traveling with her Husband.
Angel Krikorian, LVN
Angel Krikorian is a Licensed Vocational Nurse and is currently pursuing certifications in natural health to be well-rounded in both medical and holistic health. After moving from Hawaii to Southern California in 2005, she attended Glendale Career College, where she graduated with honors as Valedictorian. Angel is certified in IV Therapy and has worked in brain and spinal cord injury. Before joining the MediLean team, she spent her career educating patients on their disease processes and medications while providing skilled nursing services to hospice and home health care agencies. In addition, she traveled to various corporations to provide health screenings and education on health prevention for employees. When she is not working, she volunteers with the Monrovia PD and spends time with her son who keeps her on her toes. Whether running a marathon, weight lifting at the gym or creating her own smoothie recipes, physical fitness and nutrition is always enjoyed in her home. Angel is especially passionate about helping others achieve their personal health goals. She believes there is no greater feeling than making a positive difference in a person’s life and feels blessed to work in a field that she truly loves.
