This caribbean rub can be used on any of your proteins before grilling or baking. It is especially yummy on 3oz of chicken breast.
Simply mix the following spices in a ziplock baggie and shake! Store in an airtight container, and use as much or as little as you'd like on your favorite protein.

1 t chili powder
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t allspice
